About Carousel
Carousel is the brainchild of Hawaii–based Entrepreneur Rima Braden. With over two decades of excellence in the Pre-Owned auto sales business, Braden perfected his brand of stylized customer service and dedication to client retention, building his business into the state’s largest independent dealership.
Born out of his desire to increase retention through an enhanced customer experience, Braden developed a unique offering that allowed customers in all market segments to drive the vehicle of their choice, for short periods of time then exchange them for another vehicle or return them without recourse. This groundbreaking all-inclusive system represented the birth of the Subscription Model as we know it today, and helped propel his dealership by providing access to vehicles that his competitors could not match.
Today Braden is pushing the Subscription Model forward by offering a proprietary software platform that allows dealers of all shapes and sizes the ability to offer their own subscription business. The platform integrates seamlessly with most Dealer Management Systems and the Carousel training and support staff ensures that from Marketing to Sales Training, Funding through Accounting, the value added to the traditional dealer model is unmatched.
